1 新台据付
Initial installation
工場などに新しい機械を導入する際、自社所有のミニクローラークレーンなど機動力の高い機械を用いて、お客様指定の場所に据付設置・工事を行います。
高所の場合には、高所作業車などを使用し、安全・正確に据付・組立作業をいたします。
When installing a new machine in a factory, we will use a mini-crawler crane to complete the installation and assembly at the location specified by the customer. In the event of working at height, for example using an aerial platform, we will complete the installation and assembly safely and effectively.
３重量物運搬
Transportation of Heavy Goods
ハルエ機工では平ボディ車、ユニック車、セフティ車などを多数ご用意いたしております。多種多様な機械に応じて、安全かつ最善の方法による運搬を実施いたします。
Our company has a number of flat bed trucks, crane equipped vehicles and safety cars available for use. We can determine the best method of transportation using our large variety of available vehicles.
２解体･搬出入作業
Dismantling, loading and unloading
大きな機械を移設する場合には、運搬のために部品を適切な大きさに解体する必要があります。弊社の専門知識を備えた技術者により、スムーズな解体・組立、移設先の工場の条件に応じた搬出入を実施いたします。
When relocating large machinery it may be necessary to dismantle it into appropriately sized parts for transport. Our technician’s expert knowledge will ensure that the dismantling, transport and re-assembly is carried out smoothly.
５工場移転・工場内レイアウト変更
Plant relocation and factory layout changes
新しい工場への移転や、工場内のレイアウト変更による短い距離の機械の移動にも、弊社サービスをお役立てください。新設機・既設機に限らず、機械や工場の条件に応じた適切かつスムーズな移設を実現いたします。
We offer mechanical movement services for short distance movement such as factory relocation or factory layout changes. Our services are not limited to new equipment but also include old or existing equipment as well.
６簡易梱包・バンニング作業
Packaging and Transportation
現地におもむき、輸送用のコンテナに適切に詰め込み作業をいたします。弊社ではコンテナ用の簡易梱包サービスも行っています。予算に応じて梱包又は、そのままバンニングし適切にラッシングで固定しますので コストを抑えることができます。
Our staff can come to your site to complete the packing of equipment into containers for transport. We offer simple container packing services using materials such as timbers, eliminating the need for you to do the packing yourself which can reduce your transport costs.
