1 新台据付
Initial installation
工場などに新しい機械を導入する際、自社所有のミニクローラークレーンなど機動力の高い機械を用いて、お客様指定の場所に据付設置・工事を行います。
高所の場合には、高所作業車などを使用し、安全・正確に据付・組立作業をいたします。
When installing a new machine in a factory, we will use a mini-crawler crane to complete the installation and assembly at the location specified by the customer. In the event of working at height, for example using an aerial platform, we will complete the installation and assembly safely and effectively.
３重量物運搬
Transportation of Heavy Goods
ハルエ機工では平ボディ車、ユニック車、セフティ車などを多数ご用意いたしております。多種多様な機械に応じて、安全かつ最善の方法による運搬を実施いたします。
Our company has a number of flat bed trucks, crane equipped vehicles and safety cars available for use. We can determine the best method of transportation using our large variety of available vehicles.
２解体･搬出入作業
Dismantling, loading and unloading
大きな機械を移設する場合には、運搬のために部品を適切な大きさに解体する必要があります。弊社の専門知識を備えた技術者により、スムーズな解体・組立、移設先の工場の条件に応じた搬出入を実施いたします。
When relocating large machinery it may be necessary to dismantle it into appropriately sized parts for transport. Our technician’s expert knowledge will ensure that the dismantling, transport and re-assembly is carried out smoothly.
５工場移転・工場内レイアウト変更
Plant relocation and factory layout changes
新しい工場への移転や、工場内のレイアウト変更による短い距離の機械の移動にも、弊社サービスをお役立てください。新設機・既設機に限らず、機械や工場の条件に応じた適切かつスムーズな移設を実現 いたします。
We offer mechanical movement services for short distance movement such as factory relocation or factory layout changes. Our services are not limited to new equipment but also include old or existing equipment as well.
６簡易梱包・バンニング作業
Packaging and Transportation
現地におもむき、輸送用のコンテナに適切に詰め込み作業をいたします。弊社ではコンテナ用の簡易梱包サービスも行っています。予算に応じて梱包又は、そのままバンニングし適切にラッシングで固定しますので コストを抑えることができます。
Our staff can come to your site to complete the packing of equipment into containers for transport. We offer simple container packing services using materials such as timbers, eliminating the need for you to do the packing yourself which can reduce your transport costs.
４組立・調整・試運転
Assembly, adjustment and commissioning
機械の設置のみならず、長年培われた確かな技術と知識で、機械の組立・調整・試運転に至るまでの作業もお引き受けいたします。特に、撚糸機等を得意とし、機械調整に関しましては、お客様の事業内容に応じて、細 かい設定等にも対応いたします。また、中古パーツ等をオーバーホールし保管を行っていますので、製造中止となった部品のニーズにも備えています。
With our reliable technology and knowledge which has been cultivated over many years, we will not only complete the installation but also undertake any work leading up to the assembly, adjustment and commissioning of the machinery.
In particular we excel at making technical adjustments and fine tuning machinery such as twisted yarn machines, to meet the requirements of the customer.
In addition, we keep many refurbished used components in the event that the machinery is no longer produced by the manufacturer.
７海外派遣 現地作業
Overseas Field Work
弊社では、台湾、中国、タイ、ベトナム、インドネシアなどの東南アジアを中心とした海外への輸出入における、機械設置・組立・搬出入・試運転作業まで積極的に取り組んでいます。弊社の技術者の現地派遣はもちろん、長期 滞在による綿密なお客様とのコミュニケーションやメンテナンスの実践により、設置後のフォローアップも構築しています。また、イタリアのミラノにおける繊維機械の展示会での海外研修も行っており、最新の技術取得にも力を入れています。
Our company also handles import and export with countries including Taiwan, China, Vietnam and Thailand. We have a strong focus in Southeast Asia and are aggressively pursuing machinery installation, assembly, loading, unloading and commissioning work in areas such as Indonesia. In addition to local dispatch, our technicians can also be available for long-term stay to provide in-depth communication with customers for the purpose of follow-up maintenance practices.We also carry out overseas training at the Exhibition of Textile Machinery in Milan, Italy where we focus on the latest technology acquisitions.
